Riyadh · Platforms, software & logistics

Software that runs the business. Logistics that move it.

Slash builds and operates Arabic-first platforms for Saudi business: fleet and delivery, recruitment, HR and payroll, billing with ZATCA e-invoicing, and custom enterprise systems. We also run a last-mile delivery operation on our own software.

What we do

Two engines. One company.

Most vendors sell software and walk away. Slash writes the systems and then runs operations on them every day, so what we build is tested by our own dispatchers, drivers and clients before it reaches yours.

Engine 01 · Software

Platforms built for how Saudi companies actually operate.

Multi-tenant products and custom systems for logistics, recruitment, HR, finance, healthcare and industrial trade. Arabic-first, compliant by construction, running on a stack we operate in production ourselves.

  • Ready platforms: fleet, recruitment, HR, billing
  • Custom portals, workflow systems and mobile apps
  • SAP, ERP, payment and government integrations
Engine 02 · Logistics

Last-mile delivery, run on our own software.

A delivery operation in the Kingdom that dispatches, tracks and settles on the platform we wrote. It keeps our engineering honest, and it gives clients one partner for both the system and the road.

  • Last-mile and scheduled delivery operations
  • Dispatch, live tracking and proof of delivery
  • Fleet and route technology for partners
Platforms

Four platforms, built for the Saudi market first.

Each one started as a real operational need, was designed in Arabic, and ships with the compliance the Kingdom expects. License them, or let us run them for you.

Services

Everything between an idea and a system in production.

We scope it, build it, secure it, ship it and keep it running. One team, one point of contact.

Custom platforms

Portals, quote-to-cash and workflow systems built around your process, not a template.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for customers, field teams and drivers, with offline-safe flows.

Systems integration

SAP, ERP, payment gateways, SMS, maps and government APIs, connected without the fragility.

Security & compliance

PDPL, NCA ECC and ZATCA requirements designed in from the first sprint, with evidence your auditors can read.

Cloud & DevOps

CI/CD, self-hosted or Saudi-region cloud, monitoring and tested backups. Staging-first releases.

Delivery operations

Last-mile capacity in the Kingdom with live tracking, proof of delivery and daily settlement.

Product & UX design

Bilingual, RTL-native interfaces that staff understand on day one, from discovery to design system.

AI inside the product

CV matching, document OCR, screening calls and operational assistants built into the tools your team already uses.

How we build

A delivery method with no surprises.

Written requirements that trace to tests, defined milestones, and user acceptance before go-live. You always know where things stand.

01Week 1–2

Discover

We sit with the people who do the work, map the current process and name the real constraints: regulation, integrations, Arabic-first users, data residency.

Output / Discovery report & scope
02Week 2–4

Define

A BRD, functional requirements, API contract and data model that both business and technical teams can sign. Security posture and hosting are decided here, not discovered later.

Output / BRD, FRD, OpenAPI & schema
03Sprints

Build

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. Every requirement traces to a test, and the build fails on any gap. One point of contact, plain language.

Output / Shippable increments
04Before launch

Test & UAT

Planned test cycles, security review and user acceptance with your staff. Nothing goes live until the people who use it have signed off.

Output / UAT sign-off
05Go-live

Launch

Automated deployment, monitoring and tested backups in place from day one. Training and documentation handed over, not promised.

Output / Production system & runbooks
06Ongoing

Operate

We stay involved after launch: uptime, performance, adoption and the next backlog. Systems are built to evolve, not to be rebuilt.

Trusted by teams across the Kingdom.

Restaurants, clinics, logistics operators, recruiters, sports clubs and research companies run on systems and sites we built.

Technology we build on
Security & sovereignty

Compliant by design. Hosted where the law expects it.

Saudi regulation is not a checklist we run at the end. Identity, encryption, access control and data residency are architectural decisions made on day one, and we document them so your auditors can read them.

Personal data is encrypted at rest and shown masked. Approvals are maker-checker. Audit logs are append-only. Real customer data lives only in Saudi regions; development and staging run on synthetic data.

Where we are going

Building the operating layer for Saudi business.

The Kingdom is standing up new industries faster than its software can follow. Our roadmap closes that gap with platforms that are Arabic-first, compliant by construction, and increasingly run by AI under human control.

Why teams choose Slash

Plain language. Written scope. Kept deadlines.

One point of contact

Documentation you can sign

BRD, scope, API contract and data model written for both business and technical readers.

Milestones with owners

Realistic plans, named accountability and a demo at the end of every sprint.

Tested before live

We stay after launch

Adoption, performance and continuity are our problem too, not just delivery.
